Attorney Erin O’Neil-Baker is an accomplished attorney with eleven years of litigation experience in U.S. District Court and Connecticut Superior Court
She has practiced a wide range of law including federal constitutional violations, personal injury, wrongful death, birth defects, product liability, breach of contract, employment discrimination, civil rights violations, and defamation claims.
Her practice also focuses on immigration law, specifically, representing clients in Immigration Court proceedings, USCIS proceedings, Second Circuit Appeals petitions and Board of Immigration Appeals proceedings.
Attorney O’Neil-Baker has in-depth working knowledge of Connecticut

Association. She also co-leads the Selection Committee for the
Latino Scholarship Fund, which is a non-profit organization
dedicated to providing college scholarships to Latino students
graduating from high schools in the Danbury area. Attorney Rivas is
