Attorney Erin O’Neil-Baker is an accomplished attorney with eleven years of litigation experience in U.S. District Court and Connecticut Superior Court

She has practiced a wide range of law including federal constitutional violations, personal injury, wrongful death, birth defects, product liability, breach of contract, employment discrimination, civil rights violations, and defamation claims.

Her practice also focuses on immigration law, specifically, representing clients in Immigration Court proceedings, USCIS proceedings, Second Circuit Appeals petitions and Board of Immigration Appeals proceedings. 


Attorney O’Neil-Baker has in-depth working knowledge of Connecticut state court and federal court civil procedure, governmental structure and judicial systems, criminal procedure and consequences of criminal convictions. She has extensive experience in state court, federal court, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Attorney Lisa Rivas is an Associate at the Law Office of Erin I. O’Neil-Baker, LLC. She is a graduate from the University of Connecticut School of Law.


Attorney Rivas is licensed to practice law in the States of Connecticut and New Jersey. She is a current member of the Connecticut Hispanic Bar Association and the Puerto Rican Bar Association. She also co-leads the Selection Committee for the Latino Scholarship Fund, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing college scholarships to Latino students graduating from high schools in the Danbury area. Attorney Rivas is fluent in Spanish. She is looking forward to the opportunity to work as an Immigration Attorney in Connecticut and to help the clients navigate through the immigration process.

Attorney Tarabishy is licensed to practice law in the State of Connecticut. He is admitted to the Connecticut State Bar as well as the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. Attorney Tarabishy is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. His practice areas include Car Accidents, Personal Injury,  Medical Malpractice, Slip & Fall Accidents, Workers' Compensation,  Employment Discrimination, Wrongful Terminations, Contract Disputes, and other litigation matters.
